A ripper question of the day!! Articles

I've had some patients get great benefit from eccentric heel drops to the floor. Others have not had benefit & find traditional gastroc/soleus stretching helpful even though in both cases the pain is very localised to the achilles insertion. Both cases seem to be helped by simple dorsiflexion of the foot with rubber tubing before getting out of bed. Any thoughts?"
