Foot Orthoses and low back pain: is there a place for this therapy?

BB member Tim from beautiful New Zealand asked me to investigate the link between low back pain and treatment with orthoses.. jeez.. thanks a lot Tim.. what a can of worms! ok.. let see what the research tells us..
